I take this opportunity to inform you as follows.
Payment of the annual water board charges is about to change in Rotterdam.
Up to now, you paid the water board charges via the ENECO electricity invoice. This will no longer be the case as of 1 January 2008. From that date, you will pay the water board charges directly to the water board. In order to do so, you will receive an invoice with giro collection card in the first half of the year. Using the giro collection card, you can pay the entire invoiced amount within two months. Or you can opt for automatic payment by direct debit in six monthly instalments. If you prefer the latter option, please complete the authorisation enclosed with this letter and return it to us before the end of this year.
